Do I have to reset something every time I have a brief power outage?

The unit may lose its settings if your water softener loses power for more than a few seconds. If you have a power outage of any kind, you should double-check your control head's settings.

How do you adjust the hardness level

There is no way to adjust the hardness level, these units are based off gallons that are determined on system sixe, water hardness before the water softener and people in the home.

The salt tank on our Softner system is filling with water and is 4 inches from the top with salt in it. Where is the access to the injectors to clean them?

why does my aquasure water softener backwash for 12 hours?

You may have a setting incorrect, please call us so we can go over your settings via phone. 
backwash should be 015.

System set for 300 gallons. Regeneration at 2am every 24 hours How often should I have to add salt to brine tank? Including the 80 pounds of salt at time of installation, 90 days ago, I have since then twice added 80 pounds and the small amount of water in the brine tank suggests more salt required. What am I doing wrong? Otherwise the water is soft and we are pleased Help!

How do I manually start the regen process on my aquasure water softner

Press and hold the cycle button for 5 seconds!

I have a Aquasure Harmony 48000 water softener. I run water from a well and need to shock the well with bleach. I was w/o if I close the 2 orange valves on top of the unit will that allow water to flow through the head unit without letting water flow through the the softener itself?

Thank you for reaching out and yes you are correct. If you turn the two valves on top of the control valve and place them on off (bypass) then the water will not go through the water softener. Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any other questions or concerns.
