Subscribe & Save is an easy way to set up repeat deliveries from Aquasure and save on the items you buy regularly. When you set up your first Subscribe & Save, you’ll receive 25% off your Subscribe & Save order. After that, you’ll save an extra 10% for all future Subscribe & Save orders. Simply use code “SUBNSAVE” at checkout.
To start your Subscribe & Save, shop for your favorite replacement filters and choose how often you want to receive these items. You can change your schedule anytime. Add your item to cart, place your order, and we'll take it from there! We'll send you an email you when your order ships. When your next order is coming up, we'll send you an email reminder. As a valued Subscribe & Save customer, we prioritize your orders with reserved inventory.
After you set up Subscribe & Save, you can manage your upcoming orders in your Aquasure account.
What are the delivery frequency options available?
When you select the 'Subscribe & Save' option from the dropdown on our product pages, you'll find a range of convenient delivery frequency choices, including Every Month, Every Other Month, Every 3 months, Every 6 months, Annually, Every Two Years. Tailor your subscription to your unique preferences and needs for a hassle-free shopping experience.
How can I make edits to my subscription?
Go to Manage Subscription, select your Subscription, and click the "Cancel This Subscription " button at the bottom of the page. This will cancel all future shipments of your Subscribe & Save order.
How do I choose a frequency?
Each item page has information that can help you understand how long the item will last. Check the FAQ or instructions near the product description with information about when you need to change your filter.
Every filter is different and water quality can vary by location, making it essential to fine-tune your replacement schedule. If you need to adjust your frequency, go to Manage Subscription and click the "Change" link in the Frequency section. Updating your frequency will not affect the date of your next order. The frequency of your Subscribe & Save orders will change after your next order date.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Sign in, go to your account page and click Manage Subscription, on the right side of the page. Click Cancel Subscription for each product you’d like to no longer receive auto-replenishment on.
I paused my subscription—how can I resume it?
To resume a product subscription, you can do so by following these easy steps:
• Log in to your account
• Click “My Subscription”
• Click “Resume Subscription” on the item(s) that you would like to resume
What if a product in my subscription changes or runs out?
Aquasure is dedicated to delivering top-quality water filtration solutions to ensure you have the purest water possible. Our team continually explores and enhances our products to incorporate the latest advancements in water purification technology. When updates or new products emerge, we keep you informed and ensure the continuity of your subscription.
In the event that a product you've subscribed to temporarily goes out of stock, you'll receive an email notification. Please be aware that unless you manually cancel the order, the out-of-stock item will be shipped to you as soon as it becomes available, ensuring you get your essential filters or parts without delay.
If a product is discontinued, you'll be promptly informed via email, and the associated order will be automatically canceled. If this product is the sole item in your Subscribe and Save subscription, the entire subscription will be canceled to accommodate your preferences seamlessly. Your satisfaction and access to pure, clean water are our priority.
How do I change my delivery address?
If you want to ship your subscribed items somewhere else, you can adjust the shipping addresses for one subscription or for all of them. Here's how:
1. Log in to your account
2. Click “My Subscription”
3. Click “Edit” to the right of the item that you would like to adjust
4. Click “Change Address”
5. Once you update this address, if you’d like to update all of your subscriptions to the same address, make sure that the “Apply To All Subscriptions” box is checked, unless you want to change the shipping address to only apply to this one subscription item
How do I change my payment method?
If you want to update your payment for all of the subscriptions you receive, you can do so by simply changing the default payment on your account. Here's how:
1. Log in to your account
2. Click “Payment Settings”
3. Add a new credit card
4. Click “Make This Default”
5. Click "Apply”
Your new card will automatically become your preferred payment. Your old card will stay in the system. Simply click "Delete Card" if you wish to completely remove it.
Can the price of the products I buy change?
Yes, the price of the products to which you subscribe may change over time, as can any discount on such products. If the price or discount changes that will be reflected in an email that we send you before the next shipment issues. You may cancel the Subscribe & Save at any time before your next shipment to avoid a charge.
