Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: This promotion is open to all customers who have replaced their old softener with the Aquasure water softener purchased on Aquasureusa.com only. Participants must be at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Aquasure and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Submission Guidelines: To enter the promotion, participants must submit their photos or videos showcasing the installation of the new softener with the old one next to it and include the hashtags #aquasureusa and #softwater on their social media posts limited to Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok. After posting, participants should share the link of the post to promotion@aquasureusa.com to enter. Submissions must be original and must not infringe upon any third-party rights. While participants may submit multiple entries, only one entry will be selected as the winning entry if more than one entry is chosen

Proof of Purchase: Submissions must include a valid proof of purchase from Aquasureusa.com. Participants are required to provide a copy of their purchase receipt along with the submission. Submissions will be deemed ineligible if they are older than 3 months from the date of purchase, if they are refunded orders, or if they are replacement orders. To qualify, orders must match the products shown in the entry and must include an Aquasure water softener.

Submission Deadline: All entries must be submitted within 3 months of the purchase date. The winner will be selected on the 15th of every month for previous month’s entry, and late entries will be moved to the next month's drawing.

Selection of Winners: Winners will be selected by random drawing from the pool of eligible entries. The selection process will be conducted in a fair and impartial manner by Aquasure. The decision of Aquasure in selecting the winners will be final and binding in all matters related to the promotion. The winner will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of entry. The winner's name will be announced on Aquasure's social media page.

Prize: The prize for the promotion is a $500 coupon that can be redeemed on aquasureusa.com for any future purchases with verified email during the submission. The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or other substitutes. The coupon is valid for 2 years from the date of issuance.

Notification of Winners: Winners will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of entry. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within the specified time period, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

Publicity: By participating in the promotion, participants grant Aquasure the right to use their names, likenesses, and submissions for promotional purposes without further compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law.

Release of Liability: Participants agree to release and hold harmless Aquasure, its affiliates, partners, and employees from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of their participation in the promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

Governing Law: The promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of California.

Agreement to Terms: By participating in the promotion, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any additional rules or guidelines provided by Aquasure. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in disqualification from the promotion. Aquasure reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without notification and will not be held accountable for any liability.
