Aquasure customer service was very understanding and helpful in solving my issue. They sent replacement parts on a timely basis at no cost. Very impressive.
Ordered a whole system. The system came in with 6 or 7 missing pieces. Found this out when plumber came to install it. Called and spoke with Nick. Instead of apologizing for your company's inept quality control Nick told me it was my fault for not checking to see if everything was there first. I don't know but if that was my company I would have better quality control and I would teach my customer service people how to do their job. I should have returned it and purchased from another company. Piss poor performance on ya'lls behalf. Will not recommend your unit to anyone.

Part fit perfectly however it would have been nice if it came with the O-rings or had instructions stating you need to remove the O-rings from the old part and reuse them.
My repair order was handled professionally. Great customer service and very quick handling.
The AquaSure Fortitude V2 Series water filter does a great job of removing sediment and several undesired contaminants from our drinking water. After allowing the used filter to drain and dry out it weighted three pounds more than a new filter!!

Gus looks like this. Valve, fix my problem. I week ago I regenerated and did a Bryan draw. I took off for sometime, but when I got home. May 1st I decided to do another regeneration which also did a Brian draw. Looks like we finally have a problem fixed. I really appreciate all your effort. And we're just helping out with a warranty repair.

I purchased my softener thru Lowes because of the free filter system included. So far it works good. However when I picked up my softener and as I was about to leave I remembered it but did not have it. So I questioned the service desk who called aquasure who assured me it was in the brine tank box. Before leaving I opened both boxes and it was not there. Had to show it to the service lady to prove it was not there. Was like pulling teeth with aquasure and Only after I told them that without the filter I would return all of it did they agree to send it in the mail which to my surprise they did do. I could do without the tricks but overall I am happy. If you order make sure to check all included item before leaving the store.
I recently had a small leak develop at one of the fittings on my reverse osmosis system. The water dripped into the tray at the bottom and made contact with the tab. The tab proceeded to expand and turned off the water supply before any damage could be done. These are a lifesaver!
The filter has done a great job on cleaning up the city water to the house softener system.
Just installed yesterday but already see a difference. I can finally drink tap water now. Thank you so very much. Very happy!
