Had to buy this set because the one that came with the filter was easily broken. I could've returned the whole thing, but thought it would be a waste of time. Came as expected so good on delivery time.

I am writing my review after 1 year of use. We purchaced this 64 gallon bundle for our new house last year. The local plumbing companies were quoting me arm and a leg prices for installation, and kept trying to sell their expensive products and badmouthing this brand. I simply could not afford their high-end products nor their installation pricing. After being so frustrated, I reached out to Aquasure customer service in attempt to return the priduct since I could not find affordable installation company. The Aquasure provided me with the list of water softener installers they had previously worked with. They were so supportive and agreed to accept the return if I could not find the affordable company to install. Luckily, one of the companies they had on the list were able to give me the price range I was hoping for. That company did an excellent job installing it within just 3 hours and even did a professional water drainage system for the waste water to join my drainage outside of the house (i did not want the salty water draining to the lawn and kill the plants). They charged very little compared to other plumbers. I was so happy. Their price included the installation of the RO drinking wanter installation with drilling the counter opening for the RO faucet. I mean, that is what I call a complete affordable 5-star service! I have not had a single problem with Aquasure product or with the installation. My laundry is softer, my hair and skin itching is gone, my faucets and utensils never show a sign of calcium buildup, and even my teapot is sparkling clean inside. It uses very little energy and very little salt so that I did not notice much difference in my monthly budget. I am so grateful that such affordable companies exist who provide quality products for average working class people like us. After all, very few people can afford a water system that is 15-30k that is not even necessary! Do not hesitate. The main trick is to find the right professional installers who do a good job with installation, and do not have any useless monthly membership fees. You can maintain it yourself just fine! Just watch the videos and instructions, or call them for guidance! Their customer service is excellent so far. Thank you Aquasure.

I scoured the internet for hours in search of a good house filtration system in leu of our tankless hot water heater purchase. Yes, the old tank water heater was on its last leg so we decided to change things up and man oh, man!

The biggest thing we have noticed was that slick feeling in the shower where it does not feel like we have rinsed off all the soap. What no one talks about is the feeling AFTER getting out of the shower. When we just used city water I would get out of the shower and 5 minutes later my skin would feel 'dry' like I needed to use some lotion. Not anymore! The second thing the wife and I noticed was that the water does not taste 'salty' at all we could'nt tell a difference. We have a KitchenAid fridge with filtered water in the door for drinking, I can't tell a difference between the filtered water from the fridge or the kitchen faucet. Finally, we did notice that our clothes feel softer when we pulled them out of they dryer. Same detergent, fabric sheets washer settings that we had used on the city water. Towels seem softer and fluffy. Do bear in mind we have only had the Harmony unit in use for 4 days now. Our Oklahoma City water has a hardness of 9 grains. I would suggest getting a carbon filter unit in addition to the softener.

Setup is simple and straight forward use the flex hoses from Lowe's or Home Depot. Don't try to plumb it direct. If you should ever have to move the softener for any reason it will be much easier & you won't risk causing any leaks. We placed this unit where the old hot water tank was along with the Fortitude Lite system with the carbon filter tank and sediment filter. While installing I thought that the instructions stating that 8-12 wraps of teflon tape on a plastic fitting was excessive so I used 4 wraps. Naturally it leaked, I know it was my fault. Easy fix, follow the directions. I removed the old teflon tape and did 10 wraps and no leaks. Programming the system was straight forward. The interface seemed to have more options than some of the competition. Now, this is 2025 so do bear in mind that Aquasure does not have a wi-fi interface that one could setup and monitor on a smartphone. There are systems on the market that do have the capability but you'll pay dearly for it. 4x more than an Aquasure unit; belive me I know I've seen me look for it. From a cost/benefit Aquasure wins this handsdown.

That being said, its not perfect and nothing ever is. If there is a power outage the unit will forget how many gallons is needed for the next regeneration. Just one more thing to mess with during a power outage, just like resetting the oven clock, microwave clock you get the idea. The Harmony unit does not use near the salt that I was expecting to use. My parents still have the old tan Sears special from the 90s that uses salt like its going out of style and now they want one of these units as well as 2 of my co-workers. I wished someone would have told me about Aquasure and saved me many hours online.

This filter system is being used in front of our harmony 48,000 grain water softener. I would recommend that flex hoses be used to connect the tank just like we use for the softener itself. After researching the internet for many hours we settled on the Aquasure system and could not be happier. First, this is not a paid review or anything of that nature. I am a DIY guy and refuse to pay someone to do something that I am capable of installing. This is not rocket science!

Before I made the decision on Aquasure I wanted to see how easy they are to get a hold of on the phone. This was a test just to see if I am going to be truly on my own in the future after making a purchase. Well I did not have to wait long at all or press 1 for English before speaking to a living breathing person. So, for what that's worth kudos there.

Second, Aquasure has YouTube videos just in case if you get a bit lost on the install instructions. Some of us are see it first hand rather than read an installation book.

Finally, the darn thing just works. Water tase is great, crisp and all the things that you've already heard about. I did this install with 3 people in the house on Oklahoma City water that was 9 grains.

If you've made it this far, you can do it! Aquasure can help. I wished that I would have done this sooner. Yes, the biggest thing that we have noticed is that silky feeling in the shower where it doesnt feel like we got all the soap off. What no one describes is that feeling your skin gets after towel drying off. After 5 minutes of getting out of the shower does your skin ever feel 'dry'? When we were on city water mine did! Not anymore, after installing the system the best feeling is AFTER getting out of the shower & that's what no one talks about.

Give it a go. I wish someone would have told me about this system. Now, my parents are looking at getting an Aquasure system as well as a few co-workers of mine.

Just wanted to say was easy to install with the softener. Thank you sharkbite for making it easy and quick. Yes mine was in the brine tank box. I like this rather than the pleated filter does more than just sediment.

I have the 48,000 fine mesh softener. I bought it when Lowe's had it on sale for 549.00 with a free pre-filter. Replacing a Rheem unit that was only 5 years old. It cracked at the neck and flooded my garage. I was glad to see this one screws to the tank. I wish they had a wifi option for it. Works great no problem install.

We are happy with our reverse osmosis system. was east to install. Wished it had been plumbed with 3/8" line instead of 1/4". This would have helped with the install where i removed the Culligan system. Is working fine.

I’ve had the Aquasure softener for over a month. The ease to monitor usage and automatic regeneration setting is spot on, compared the to previous one. We’re satisfied!

Customer service is great my Softner wasn’t working and they helped me trouble shooting it.
It just ran out of warranty and my family was devastated by Hurricane Milton and Nick was very helpful having one replaced under the circumstances we were going through. Thanks, Nick and rest of crew who helped us troubleshoot.
I highly recommend Aquasure for a Softner and customer service is outstanding.

I purchased this softener over a year ago. Our water hardness is at 26 and we have two bathrooms with only my wife and I. I have the softener set to refresh every 900 gallons. Apparently this is not enough since we run out of soft water at about 700 gallons. I would like to be able to replace it with a larger unit, but I’m not sure I could replace it without reconfiguring my piping.

System was very easy to install as long as you have basic plumbing skills and tools. Major difference in water quality! So far, i can't say enough good about the system.

I can't recommend the this system enough, especially for veterans. The veteran discount made this already affordable system an incredible deal, and I’m so grateful for that added support. Before purchasing this system, I got quotes from various companies, including a Costco partnership, which quoted me nearly $7,000. Other companies offered systems priced at over $5,000 that didn’t even match half the features and capacity of this system.

The system itself is remarkably affordable and, to my surprise, very easy to install. It’s perfect for a household of up to 4 people mine only has 2 lol and 5 cats who now get to enjoy really clean water, removing hardness-causing minerals and improving the overall taste and quality of our water. If there’s any veteran out there looking to upgrade their home’s water quality without breaking the bank, I’d highly suggest going with AquaSure. It’s hands-down the best value I’ve come ever come across.

I recently purchased an Aquasure Harmony water softener from a big box home store. Unfortunately, the original tank was defective which rendered my take useless. I immediately contacted Aquasure and after just a few days of troubleshooting the issue via email, Aquasure quickly replaced my tank and shipped it to me at no cost. The new tank was installed successfully and now we enjoy clean water with our whole home water softener. Regardless of product type, occasionally things go wrong, but what’s most important is how the issue is handled when it does. In this case Aquasure handled my situation flawlessly. I bought an Aquasure softener and installed it. Over the course of 2 months there have been issues trying to resolve a recycle issue. Customer service has responded immediately with both email and phone calls to help attempt to resove the issue. When i first considered Aquasure, I called their customer service becuase I knew that this was very important buying this type of equipment. They hvae been there every step of the was in sale and service with this issue both with parts and assistance.

Product is fine, bought accidentally as it looked like it would fit my aquasure filter housing. Upon receipt box states this is for one housing in particular. This web listing does not make it clear you need a specific housing

I received the UV filter and found that it had 3/4" connections. I went to the website to check the connection size and discovered that the spec is not listed. I did not notice when purchasing so the mistake is on me. I will hold onto the filter until I have a use for 3/4 connections. Very disappointing that you feel the need to omit an important spec.

I contacted customer service about the optional 3/4" yoke I needed to tie the system into my main water supply lines. They sent the part quickly, it fit perfectly. I'm very pleased with the entire setup.

Replacing a Rheem softener. Had 2 of them break at the neck where the head attaches to the tank. I like that this screws into the tank, a lot stronger. Has 1" connectors same as the softener loop. Keeps the water pressure up. Time will tell but looks promising. Looks like a mess but it works.

Easily changed supplied 1” yoke to 3/4 yoke. 3/4” supplied at no additional cost upon request which was unexpected and appreciated

Few months ago, I purchased the Signature Pro Whole House Water Filter Bundle, which includes a 48,000 Grains Softener, a 75 GPD Reverse Osmosis System, and a Triple Purpose Pre-Filter. Overall, I am very satisfied with the product. It offers great value for its price.

Area for improvement:
It would be the availability of professional installation services. While the product itself is great, it would be even better if the company provided an option to have a technician install the system

Installation of my new system went by the book, but the board controlling the valve was acting up and not keeping time accurately. Customer service was prompt in getting a new board to me and my system works flawlessly now.

My previous 2 sets of softener are resin tank build into salt compartment system. It a hell when try to clean out all the salt. After I purchase aquasure, re-setup the pipe, spend a little more on flexible pipe and plus plus. Finally it work like a charm love it. Every 6 months do a major cleaning on brine tank with ease. No more messy salt on garage floor, just pull t brine tank on drive way and remove salt and water it that it. Really love the convenience way of cleaning process. Love you guys.

Bought the Aquasure 32,000 grain softner to replace my very old, outdated softner. Instructions were very clear and it was easy to istall. It fit perfect as I have very limited space for a softner.
