I am a plumber that services a large area.i have installed many systems and find aquasure to be the best performance and easy to install.I five my customers the options of purchasing there self or i can purchase. When I give the price of the unit they are shocked at how affordable it is compared to large companies charging $5000 for a system when you can get it for almost half the price . These large companies are charging 3k-4k in labor for something that we can install in 3 hours for half the price. I am also a sub contractor for another brand and do the install and am astound at what they are getting for the money a genaric system with no name and have a hard user system to operate. Aquasure is quick to set up and reliable. I have been installing them for 4 years now and only ever had 1 issue with a brine tank but was easily to repair . I will continue to use them and I know if I need parts I can find them. If you are handy and are not scared of a lil plumbing work you can install this system in a few hours .

I appreciate Aquasure sending me a new brine tank due to the crack in the original tank. Although it is very difficult to transfer the brine tank from the old tank to the new tank.
I wanted to reach out and share my experience with the AQUASURE Serene Series 800K Whole House Salt-Free Water Conditioning Descaler 3-in-1-Bundle, which has been absolutely outstanding. Upon arrival, the first two tanks were damaged in shipping, but Aquasure shipped replacement tanks out within one day. Aquasure was amazing to deal with, and the quality of the water post-installation is second to none. I like the feel of "softened" water while not having the sliminess of salt after taking a shower. I highly recommend this system, especially at this price point.
I’ve been using their water softener for more than three years now. While the softener does a great job softening the water, I would still get red staining from time to time. When they launched this new filter system, I figured I’d give it a try.
The initial flush took a little while to get all the carbon fines out, but after that, everything worked as expected. The water feels noticeably cleaner, and I haven’t seen the red staining come back since installing the filter. Water pressure also seems about the same with very little noticeable change.
So far, I’m happy with the results. I’m on a well with pretty terrible water, so I’ll be interested to see how long the filters last.
I ordered a RO system, one of the parts was broken, I contacted customer service and they sent me a new part the same day, great attention, thanks
That quick CONNECT valve really solved my problem. It’s an excellent part. It’s worth the money to replace my water softener because it was leaking. When I called the tech support, they shipped the part I needed, and it works perfectly. I highly recommend it to everyone who has a leak. Make sure you have the locking ring, and I highly recommend cutting the end of the tube flat as possible and not angled. If you follow these instructions, everything will work just fine.
Think should have been included with the install kit
...got this AS-SCZ-25HFS prefilter along with the descaler I purchased from Home Depot, but I will be tossing the whole brand new housing in the trash due to it NOT taking standard size filters ( 1 inch shorter ). Seriously? I think you are making your money by forcing people to only buy YOUR replacement filters...

Your water flow meter freezes and doesn’t turn and needs to be replaced.
Seem it happens every two years for me.
I replaced mine once already on my Harmony 48,000 grain system and failed again.

This seem to be a weak link in the design.
Everything else works flawlessly.

I bought the clear filter housing with the intention to use standard 10"x4.5" filters. Before purchasing, I called sales to verify and was told that the clear or blue housing should be V1 as only the grey is explicitly labeled V2. I was told the V1 housing should be able to use standard filters. When I received the clear housing, it is the exact same as the one that comes with the V2 filter. This was a complete waste of time and money, and now I need to figure out how to return this useless housing and what I need to do moving forward to use standard filters.

The new brine tank dip tube and float assembly was received quicker than expected and solved my clogged pickup strainer issue. This is a very high quality assembly and drop in plug n play replacement, minutes to install.
I just began using this Recharge product. I decided that I’m going to take the best care of my water softener. Keeping it working at its maximum efficiency and for maximum life expectancy has become a priority.
I was astonished how much sediment this filter separated from the water in only 6 months. Filtering the water is now an essential part of our home maintenance.

Filters fit well and a good price when you buy a two pak
My softener is relatively new (under 3 years) and I wanted to ensure that it receives proper maintenance and continues to provide wonderful water! We have been very happy with our system. No scale, water marks on glass, laundry and dishwasher efficiency have been great and uses very little salt. Highly satisfied with our investment.
We bought this because we knew a boil alert was coming due to water line work in our city. The day after this beauty arrived and I installed it the 2 day boil alert was announced. We helped our neighbors by supplying clean, fresh and filtered water to them. I have an Aquasure whole house sediment, chlorine, taste, color and scale filter installed before our Aquasure 36,000 grain softener that feeds into the UV-C filter. I bought this in January. After a delivery problem I got it installed. Pretty easy diy install, and it functions perfectly, and our water tastes so good right out of the faucet now and no more hard water
