I recently purchased an Aquasure Harmony water softener from a big box home store. Unfortunately, the original tank was defective which rendered my take useless. I immediately contacted Aquasure and after just a few days of troubleshooting the issue via email, Aquasure quickly replaced my tank and shipped it to me at no cost. The new tank was installed successfully and now we enjoy clean water with our whole home water softener. Regardless of product type, occasionally things go wrong, but what’s most important is how the issue is handled when it does. In this case Aquasure handled my situation flawlessly. I bought an Aquasure softener and installed it. Over the course of 2 months there have been issues trying to resolve a recycle issue. Customer service has responded immediately with both email and phone calls to help attempt to resove the issue. When i first considered Aquasure, I called their customer service becuase I knew that this was very important buying this type of equipment. They hvae been there every step of the was in sale and service with this issue both with parts and assistance.
I received the UV filter and found that it had 3/4" connections. I went to the website to check the connection size and discovered that the spec is not listed. I did not notice when purchasing so the mistake is on me. I will hold onto the filter until I have a use for 3/4 connections. Very disappointing that you feel the need to omit an important spec.

I contacted customer service about the optional 3/4" yoke I needed to tie the system into my main water supply lines. They sent the part quickly, it fit perfectly. I'm very pleased with the entire setup.
Replacing a Rheem softener. Had 2 of them break at the neck where the head attaches to the tank. I like that this screws into the tank, a lot stronger. Has 1" connectors same as the softener loop. Keeps the water pressure up. Time will tell but looks promising. Looks like a mess but it works.
Easily changed supplied 1” yoke to 3/4 yoke. 3/4” supplied at no additional cost upon request which was unexpected and appreciated
Few months ago, I purchased the Signature Pro Whole House Water Filter Bundle, which includes a 48,000 Grains Softener, a 75 GPD Reverse Osmosis System, and a Triple Purpose Pre-Filter. Overall, I am very satisfied with the product. It offers great value for its price.
Area for improvement:
It would be the availability of professional installation services. While the product itself is great, it would be even better if the company provided an option to have a technician install the system
Installation of my new system went by the book, but the board controlling the valve was acting up and not keeping time accurately. Customer service was prompt in getting a new board to me and my system works flawlessly now.
My previous 2 sets of softener are resin tank build into salt compartment system. It a hell when try to clean out all the salt. After I purchase aquasure, re-setup the pipe, spend a little more on flexible pipe and plus plus. Finally it work like a charm love it. Every 6 months do a major cleaning on brine tank with ease. No more messy salt on garage floor, just pull t brine tank on drive way and remove salt and water it that it. Really love the convenience way of cleaning process. Love you guys.

Bought the Aquasure 32,000 grain softner to replace my very old, outdated softner. Instructions were very clear and it was easy to istall. It fit perfect as I have very limited space for a softner.
I live south of Tampa, FL. After purchasing my new home I decided to install a water softener / filter combo. I met with three companies and was blow away with the price tag (around $5k). I found this company and ordered the water softener (with fine resin because our city water has high iron levels) and the fortituda pro. I was able to install this on my own (after a few YouTube videos) and a few calls to my brother.
In the end I’ve noticed a completely different feeling and experience with water. The best part is my shower stays clean a heck of a lot longer (it’s a large glass enclosure with black / grey tiles which shows white stains immediately.
The one complaint I have is the slippery feeling when showering. Everything I read tells me I’ll get used to it, but it’s been a few weeks. I ended up trying out Potassium pellets instead of Sodium pellets to see if that helps. It 100% helped but the price tag for Potassium is high so I ended up doing a 50/50 mix. The slippery feeling is still a little noticeable but it’s much better.
I live south of Tampa, FL. When I moved down from Michigan in 2019 the first thing I noticed is the water always had a smell and taste. Even the soda at McDonalds had that smell which is odd because of how filtered their water is.
I finally purchased and installed this filter about a month ago and it’s a night and day difference. My water had no smell or taste anymore. I’ve had guests actually tell me my water feels and tastes like perfect water. I highly recommend getting the pro system.
My only complaint is having to flush it every 7-10 days. I feel like it wastes a lot of water.
So far so good, really soften water and takes away bad taste of city water. I have a prefilter, Fortitude whole house, and Harmony with salt bath. It has been in service since 10-11-2023. Working great!
My water well tested at 123 ppm hardness, so I installed the AS-HS72D 72,000 grains softener. It is also hooked up to my pool filler. After one week, I used test strips from two different manufacturers and they both indicate zero hardness. The pre softener water shows 100-150 grains of hardness using the same test strips. I washed a bar glass in the dishwasher and it came out spot free. The installation and start up was easy. I did call customer service to ask a couple of questions and they walked me through the settings to confirm they were correct. So far, so good.
Bought the 48K grain unit. Had an operational problem after initial start up, but contacted support and their response was immediate and courteous. They took care of the problem to my full satisfaction without hesitation. The unit is now operating fine, after a week or so, and has my very hard water, after testing, down to one grain per gallon.
I have had the unit for less than a month but of course Aquasure would like a review already. The unit was well packaged and arrived fairly quickly through FedEx without any damage. It would have been nice if shipment tracking had been supplied automatically but it was not, I had to ask for it by email. The support response for this request was quick. Installation was fairly easy and should not be a problem for anyone who is somewhat handy. The instruction/owners manual is well written. The first regeneration cycle went well except the brine tank did not fill to the proper level. After contacting support it was decided to simply increase the fill time and check again at next regeneration. There were no leaks. I registered the unit through the website and also by sending a picture of the filled out registration section in the manual. In neither case did I get the promised confirmation email in return. Since registration is necessary to get the full 5 years of warranty protection I definitely wanted the confirmation. Another email to support was needed to get it, this should not have been necessary, but at least the support response was fairly quick. The unit is so far reducing my already fairly soft well water (9 grains) to zero grains. Only about 700 gallons through it at this point though.
I ordered and received the Harmony Series 48,000 GRAINS Water Softener & Triple Purpose Pre-Filter. All components arrived intact and undamaged. Assembly instructions were easy to follow and resulted in a system that is functioning well. We are enjoying soft water anticipating scale free fixtures and appliances. The system is now in service for one week and with no issues.

Love the taste, flow rate. Quality is excellent. Installation went well. Best purchase I have ever made! UV 99.9% sterile!!! I did a water test of our well and found high levels of chlorine, algae, fungi, mold and parasites in our water. After some research and balancing cost, I selected this UV system. I am happy to report that the system successfully removed the stuff from the water as it claimed to do.
I installed the UV filter on my well water which was questionable. We waited a week or so and had our water tested. Our well water is above average quality for our location now!

It’s been about a month since I purchased this water softener. It was easy to install with easy to follow instructions.
I did have to call customer service a couple of times. The staff was very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. They helped me with any issue. The 1/2 inch control valve was leaking and they sent me another one within a few days. They also sent me a 3/4 inch yoke.

I recently replaced my filter, came out brown, ewww. Appears to do the job as I have tested my water and is clean and clear. Only concern is the soft seal on top of the filter (which is on bottom and top) was ripped in half when I took the filter out.
The valve jammed and when I tried to close it, it broke. The company graciously sent out a new valve in a couple of days. Replacement was easy and works perfectly now. Excellent customer service and we love the softened water.
