All orders are usually shipped no later than 3 working days of receipt Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm. Orders received between 12pm to 5pm are due for processing by the next Monday in the new week.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
We use FedEx to deliver our orders. But may vary depending on the products ordered.
We currently do not ship outside of the 48 contiguous states.
If an email or phone number is provided at the time of order you will receive an automated communication with your tracking number once the order ships.
All orders over $99 qualify for free shipping. For orders under $99, the rate charged for shipping is based on the weight of your products and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
Back orders are rare at Aquasure. But in the event that your product is not available we will notify you of the delay via email and provide assistance in continuing or cancelling the order.
How long will my order take to arrive?
- Orders are sent in most case within 3 days of receipt. Orders that qualify for free shipping are sent via FedEx ground or UPS and depending on location can take up to 5 days shipping to arrive to you.
Will my order come in one shipment?
- Some products, such as our water softeners and whole house systems, will be shipped in multiple packages. Tracking each package can be done by entering your tracking number at the shipping carrier's website.
