For all Return and exchanges, please follow the instruction provided below to receive correct refund or exchange on your orders.

Product Return Disclaimer

Products can be returned and or exchange within 30-days from the date of invoice. Please carefully review Aquasure's Return/Exchange Policy details and conditions below. Aquasure prices are subject to change without notice. See Warranty page for complete product warranty policy.

Products purchased through authorized 3rd party platform or marketplace must follow their return policy. Aquasure can’t and will not accept any returns or exchange for products purchased through marketplaces such as Amazon or eBay without proper request receive from the marketplace.

 


 

Merchandise Return Details And Procedure:

RMA Number:

You must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Aquasureusa.com here. Any products sent to Aquasure without an RMA number will not receive a refund.

All refund amounts will be based on the manufacturer's warranty and Aquasure return policy. Refunds will be issued back using the payment method you used when you placed your order. Refunds take up to 3-5 business days to process once we receive the return.

Packaging:

Please kindly re-pack the product in its original box or a box of equivalent strength. The unit should be packed in the same manner as it came to prevent damage in shipping. Please return everything that was in the original box, including any free items if applicable. Be sure to drain out all water from wet systems and parts and wrap them in plastic bags before packing.

Return To:

We will provide you with an Aquasure warehouse address for return merchandise when we issue the RMA number.

Order Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel your order for any item provided that the order has not yet entered the shipping process. If the item you want to cancel has already shipped out, it cannot be canceled by you or our customer service department. However, you can return the item for a refund.

Refused Shipments:

All returns must have an RMA number. If an item is refused upon delivery without a proper RMA number obtained from Aquasure Inc., no refund will be applied, If the item is refused after contacting us for a proper RMA number, shipping charges (to and back) will be applied and the balance will be refunded.

All Aquasure drinking water systems, filters, and parts come with a 30-day money back guarantee from the date of purchase. All return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or manufacturer defect. Our refund policy and conditions are as follows:

  1. If a product was returned unused and filters were in their original, unopened packaging —we will issue a full product refund upon receiving the merchandise in undamaged condition.
  2. If a product was returned used, not-defective, or filter packaging was opened —we will refund the purchase price less 50% restocking fee upon receiving the merchandise returned in undamaged condition.
  3. If a product is purchased with free shipping - We will add additional 10% restocking fee on top of the condition of the system which it was returned.
  4. If any merchandise was defective —we will refund the full purchase price upon receiving and reviewing the merchandise returned in undamaged condition.

All Aquasure Whole House Water Treatment System comes with a 30-day money back guarantee from the date of purchase. All return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or manufacturer defect. Our refund policy and conditions are as follows:

  1. If a system was returned unused and media were in their original, unopened packaging —we will issue a full product refund minus 15% restocking fee upon receiving the merchandise in undamaged condition.
  2. If a system was returned used, not-defective, and packaging was opened —we will refund the purchase price less 50% re-stocking fee and upon receiving the merchandise returned in undamaged condition.
  3. If any merchandise was defective —we will refund the full purchase price upon receiving and reviewing the merchandise returned in undamaged condition. We'll also refund your shipping cost if your return is the result of our error.

The Fortitude Pro Removed All PFAS, PFOS and GenX! I installed this whole house filter to reduce the "Forever Chemicals " that are prevalent in my area. I had the water tested after installation and the results stated "safe water" with all 55 chemicals to be undectable, or less than 1 part per trillion. I am very satisfied with the product.

I have town water where I live, which is not the worst but it definitely has minerals in it. I know this because when I shower and the water gets into my eyes, they get very dry and actually sting a little. If you drink the water directly from the tap without filtering it through anything you can taste of very slight taste of something that is not particularly pleasant. Ever since putting the system in to do all of the water coming into the house, we have noticed a HUGE difference. The water in the shower no longer stings your eyes and also doesn’t leave a dry feeling on your skin. The water coming from the tap is like springwater. I grew up in the country and we had an artesian well so our water was very very very good and this system changes our town water in such a way that it reminds me of where I grow up. I would highly recommend this system, we have been very, very pleased.

The valve assembly is integrated unlike the one that came with the unit which had valve as a replaceable part. Besides that, this one does the job and was fairly easy to replace.

I wish that their attitude could be put in a bottle for the world to see. Don't ever hesitate about buying their products!

Warranty run around

I am 85 years old man that is a diabetic and can't get around very well. My Aquasure Whole House Water Treatment System with 64,000 Grain Water Softener quit working. They proceeded to want me to disassemble the softener take which has nothing to do with the smell I took it upon myself to dismantle the filter tank which had an upper cracked basket which led to water smelling like rotten eggs because the media was flushed out by backwashing and fast rinse which is required. Contacted them on February 28th and after 16 emails going back and forth after talking with Diana, Amanda and then the supervisor Julie its March 12 and she refuses not only to take care of this, which in previous email wanted me to repurchase the media but they would replace the baskets. After refusing this ridiculous offer I said I want you to send me the replacement parts because the media would be almost as much as a new system and why would anyone keep buying from this company. Julie replied Julie (Aquasure) Mar 12, 2024, 9:01 AM PDT Robert, Once you are ready to purchase the resin, we will include the riser tube and baskets with that purchase. Please let me know if you would like me to send you the invoice. Warm Regards, Aquasure Technical Support. It is amazing what they do and put you through so you give up and they don't have to honor any part of their warranty. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY BECAUSE MOST OF THERE BAD REVIEWS ARE OF THE SAME COMPLAINTS.

I think it will work fine when I replace the old one. I ordered 2 but there was only one in the package, I'm not too concerned about the missing one.
