Purchased 'on sale'. Shipped fairly quick though the actual shipper (who knows from where) didn't correctly check or seal the box (I'm sure tape is expensive since Brandon) so FedEx through the box around like a toy and then griped at me for the lousy shipping container. Fun.
Did get it hooked up and to my surprise, no leaks in the brine tank. Started softening the water noticeably in about 48 hours and it's really doing its thing now. Small size was helpful in our space so that's good.
This is the second one I've installed from Aquasure in about two months; READ THE INSTRUCTIONS. It's actually pretty easy, I bet even a woman could do it. Both units are doing their thing and the end users are happy.
Add the 5 year warranty and it's probably one of the better deals around. As with any product, research what works best for you and caveat emptor.
Oh - the support team is pretty spot on, that did make the shipping BS a bit easier to swallow.

Great unit and works well at removing hardness. My only complaint is that the main water hook-ups are plastic. However, all the others that I researched are also plastic as are most other appliances like washing machines that you buy today. It's just that this is the MAIN water line coming into the home and if it ever lets go it will total your house. Absolute stupidity to make the main manifold PLASTIC considering the minimal coat it would add to make it metal.
They were there. They answered the phone, they took my information, and began to provide a checklist. I had already determined that the Ballast for the UV lamp had no output. Aquasure quickly processed and shipped a new ballast. It is refreshing when product support exceeds your expectations in 2025.

We are very happy with the RO water filter, and feel better about all the water we drink since removing all the unknown chemicals in it. I only wish there was one additional component that would add minerals back into the water.
Installed easy enough, within a matter of a couple of days my water went from the hardest water to the softest! Tested several times since, staying perfect! Support from Aquasure has been FANTASTIC! Confident if I need anything, I can rest assured the fine people at this company will help me. I am now a FAN, Thank You AQ 😉

I have an Aquasure Harmony 48000 grain whole home water softener. I love the way it softens and conditions our hard water. Like all equipment; breakdowns occur. My water meter on the system was not working. I called the Aquasure team up; they had me do few troubleshooting steps found out it was in fact broken. They sent me a replacement part and complete simple instructions to repair. They system is back to perfect condition. The water Aquasure water softener is an excellent product and the customer service team is even better.

we installed this water system about a year ago and noticed a drop in water pressure. We are kind of clueless when it comes to this stuff so we decided that it could be the filter ( which after reading should've been replaced at six months) . The filter was filthy disgusting oily rusty residue trapped inside . It was doing a fabulous job of keeping the crap out of our bodies.. I'm so grateful for this product ! i'm very impressed with the system as a whole.

I had culligan before and went with aqua sure. What a great surprise. The water felt better than with culligan at over 1/2 the price. Hired a plumber to install
Installed the Quantum 18 system last year and just replaced the bulb. System was easy to install, and the replacement bulb too. Just had the water tested at a lab, and the water tested excellent. Very happy with the system.
Love my new system. Easy to install. Water quality after installation is considered high quality. I also installed pre filter and UV light. No more itchy skin when I get out of the shower.
We've been using the RO system about a week and are very happy with it. I guess time will tell if we have any issues. The system was shipped and received in a very timely manner.
My beef is with the website. I first tried to register my product, but wasn't able to, and then I tried to get set up with the next set of filters, but was unable to find them as the description did not reference filters for AS-PR75AK!
Recently purchased this Water Softener and I'm very pleased with it.
The well water here has a lot of sediment, this filter works great before the softener. Just flushed the hot water tank and it was clear.
First of all. The customer service is excellent. Takes no more than 2 minutes to get a real person on the phone to assist. The product itself is simple but effective for a small household. It reduced my water hardness from 7 gpg to 1.5. Installation was fairly easy as well and did not require a professional plumber. Product was well packaged and shipped very fast. Overall, I would recommend this product.
Fast Shipping arrived before softener. I didn't have to use the part did notice it is very sturdy.
The electronic control valve quit working after 2 years. Customer service promptly sent a new one and I returned the old one. I installed the new one and everything is working great. Easy, no hassle transaction.
I bought this water softener for my townhouse. Installation was very easy and my wife noticed in less than a week that her hair was soft and I noticed it as well. My skin feels softer. And I loved that the water tastes great now it’s so clean tasting!!!

First we LOVE our new Aquasure water softener system with pre-filter. I had an issue with the first unit sent, and once I discribed the issue, they immediately sent out an entire unit, pre-filter and all. I couldn't have asked for better customer service!
