Reached out for some technical data before ordering and support responded the same day. Pulled the trigger on the order and received all parts of the order within 7 business days. I did request 3/4" for the order and while I did receive adapters for the water softener itself, the pre-filter and the charcoal filter were still 1" which caused me several trips to the local hardware store. 1" CPVC isn't carried in abundance near me (not Aquasure's fault) but I would figure in a bundle when requesting 3/4" that everything in the bundle would be 3/4". Everything was shipped well and seems to be of good quality. My only other complaint was there were no instructions for the bundle. Do I just perform the startup procedure on each individual component? Is there anything special for when you install the signature elite series whole-house water filter system? Time will tell. Will wait 48 hours to test the water and see how it performs.
I got the 64K size to replace a 48K unit with a lousy 2 digit interface. I like that this one has many functionalities programmable and a decent interface to show the count down of the gallons until the next regeneration. The formula for determining how many gallons to use before regenerating seems a bit off. I've had to lower the number of gallons twice but with trial and error I'll find the right number and should be fine from there.UPDATE: After lowering the number of gallons between regenerations many times, I finally figured out the problem. I have relatively low water pressure at 65 psi. This is a factor when the final phase of the regeneration cycle (bf for brine fill) refills the brine tank to set up for the next regeneration. The factory default of 12 minutes is not enough water into the brine tank at my water pressure for this tank size. This is one of the settings you are recommended not to change, however if you have low water pressure and a large tank (I have the 64K large tank), you will need to adjust that parameter. I set mine to 22 minutes and I was then able to set the number of gallons between regenerations much closer to the calculated value using the formula in the instructions book. It took some trial and error testing but I think I finally got the right settings.
Went fine. Works good except that I have a small leak at the brine tank. Have called tech support 3 times, freaking crickets from them. But, they do have a nice voice mail system!!!!
I have written maybe 3 reviews ever before this one and all were for items I just HAD to brag about. This one makes 4. We have had 4 water softeners in the past…a $4000 General Ionics system about 20 years ago that was awesome, a $600 one-tank system from Home Depot that was mediocre at best and a second hand commercial system that we bought for $300 that worked well. I would definitely compare this one to the $4000 system we had years ago. I am simply amazed at how soft our water is. My husband built our house so installing the system was nothing for him so I can’t speak to the installation but the functionality is way more than I expected for the cost. I am so so happy we purchased this system. It’s my new favorite thing!
This water softener is great! Our old one was not doing the job and it was not that old. We purchased this one and installed it and it works great. We have really hard water. The water looks great and our tub, sink and toilet are not rusty any more. If anyone needs a water softener and has extremely hard water, this is the item to buy. Guaranteed!!!

What size valves does this system use? How much water on average per month does it use for regeneration (2 people) Signature Elite Series Whole House Water Filter System | 1,000K Gallons - AS-SE1000A
Thank you for reaching out to us.
If you are talking about the inlet and outlet valves, the system comes standard with a 1" yoke connector, but we also have 3/4" available upon request.
Without knowing your water's hardness, the 48,000 Grain Harmony uses about 45-60 gallons of water when it regenerates. Typically, we want the system to regenerate within 2-4 weeks to maintain its lifespan and efficiency, so in a month you would go through about 90-120 gallons if it is regenerating twice a month. I hope this helps.

How long does the backwash take to complete for the water treatment tank? What size is the internal distributor tube on the water treatment tank? Where is the product manufactured? On both the water treatment and the softener do they have full port valves?
Hello,
The backwash, or Regeneration cycle, takes about 1 hour and 45 minutes to complete.
The size of the internal distributor tube inside the water treatment tank can vary depending on the size of the resin tank which can be from about 40" to 50".
Aquasure Harmony Water Softeners are designed and built in the U.S.
On both the water treatment and the softener, they are sized for 1" to 3/4" NPT. -
Does your water treatment tank backwash like the water softener?
Yes, if you choose the add-on feature, our Fortitude Pro series is capable of backwashing like our water softener. The time frame for backwashing the tank will vary, depending on your home’s specific needs, but typically, we recommend backwashing the tank every 7-10 days.
