  • Will installation support offered if we buy the product

    Unfortunately, we do not offer in person installation.

    We can answer any questions about installation over the phone, but the installation itself would require you to hire a plumber.

  • Can you install your unit?

    With the purchase of an Aquasure System installation/labor is unfortunately not included. AquasureUSA does not work with a network of service agents or plumbers so we cannot refer you to anyone.

    If you are not as confident with plumbing work and you require a professional plumber, we recommend checking reviews on sites like Yelp followed by requesting quotes. We suggest requesting multiple quotes from various licensed plumbers to ensure that you are getting the best price for the installation.

    We recommend Mortons clean and protect pellet-style salt.

    These skus number are different bundles. 
    AS-WSUV64RO includes RO , water softener, prefilter, and UV light. 

     AS-SE1500A includes RO, water softener, carbon tank, and prefilter.

  • Hi, want to know more details of whole house soft water and under sink systems. Is installation also provided?

  • Can I fix this water softner outside (I dont have place in garage) the house?

    We do not recommend installing the systems outdoors, if it needs to be done we HIGHLY advise to have a shelter over the unit to protect it from outdoor elements.

  • Will this system treat ,Iron, hardness and Heavy Sediment issue.

    Iron levels below2PPM if you have higher we suggest our Fine Mesh resin models.
