This bundle comes with 30 micron pleated sediment pre-filter, we recommend replacing pre-filter every 6 months.. typically $27.99. 
Carbon tank is coconut activted carbon that will last 3-5 years before replacement needed. We do have media bags for replacement but do not offer the labor/installation on any product.

Hello I have water in a brine tank,is this normal? Aqua sure Harmony Series PS discharge tube is new and all clean

There should always be half tank full of water in the brine tank, only time you will not see water is during the cycle stage.

Need the high on the unit, I only have crawling space

We highly recommend building a small shed or enclosure around the system to keep it safe from elements.

Does the AS-SE600A have the same digital programmable head unit as the AS-HS32FM? They all look the same but I wanted to check before I decided on which one to buy. I ask because the AS-HS32FM advertises that "Its built-in advanced digital control console allows precise backwashing only when it’s needed..." but the AS-SE600A does not state that. That is important to me.

yes this system comes with digital programmable head unit as well and is allows backwash only when needed.

On the pic it's showing that you have installed 5 vavles and 2 bypass on top do you have to or can just hook in to each tank

That is just an example of how it could look. No need to install 5 calces and 2 bypasses.

What happens after 5 years use?

This information is incorrect, we are notifying our webmaster of this. Each system's resin tank is good for 8-10 years. Only then do you need to go about replacing the resin. We have resin bag options on our website to self fill or you can purcase a new pre-filled tank come time to replace.

We had our well water tested at 119 hardness so wondering if this system will work for us?

To better determine which system would work best for your home, we need measurements of hardness in either grain per gallon or parts per million.

I see just one regeneration head, how is regeneration for the second filter tank(copper zinc) handled. Is it suitable for Florida, I have well water.

The headless tank is a carbon media tank with a life span of about 8-10 years depending on water quality. This tank does not go through a regeneration as it only acts as a pre-filter. We have our systems installed in practically every state including both city and well water sources.

It states 5 year of usage. Does that mean the whole system has to be changed out?

It means that after that time either the media inside the tanks should be replaced or you can simply replace the tanks altogether with pre-filled resin/media tanks available for purchase at Aquasureusa.com

How long does the GAC/KDF media last inside the primary filtration tank?

Can the signature equipment be installed outdoors? Currently have a GE Pro Elite and it is outdoors.

Outdoor Installation

If you need to install the unit outside, you must properly cover the unit with a shed or other protective enclosure as the unit consists of electronic components that will experience damage if exposed to weather conditions.

If units are not properly covered, the warranty is void and replacement parts will be the customer’s responsibility to purchase and replace.

This system indicates 1-2 bathroom and up to 3 people and it is $1349.99, Home Depot shows this system good for 4-6 bathroooms and up to 7 people. I am confused about this information. The system for $929 says 4-5 bathrooms and up to 6 people?????

Which replacement filters do I need to purchase?

Thank you for reaching out to us, you will need to replace your sediment prefilter and filters from the RO unit -  both yearly.

Do your systems remove fluoride?

Flouride typically can't be removed by a carbon filter like in that bundle. You would need a special filter for removing fluoride, which we sadly do not carry.

Do you have to change any filters or what is the maintence on this

This bundle comes with  pre-filter that will need to be replaced every 6 months and an RO system with 4 filters needing to be replaced within one  year. Carbon tank has a life span of 3-5 years before media needing to be replaced and Resin tank has a life span of 8-12 years before replacement.
