Broken Valve

The valve jammed and when I tried to close it, it broke. The company graciously sent out a new valve in a couple of days. Replacement was easy and works perfectly now. Excellent customer service and we love the softened water.

Bypass Valve with 3/4” threaded nipples

The 3/4” threads were just what I needed for a hassle free hook up and it was easy to install.

Molded Replacement Bypass Valve

The valve assembly is integrated unlike the one that came with the unit which had valve as a replaceable part. Besides that, this one does the job and was fairly easy to replace.

with the bypass valve can i control the softeness

Our systems do not have a setting for softness. The settings are done through the digital display screen, you would simply calculate the gallons into the system.
