    Yes, the AF-CB5-4510 will fit in our V1 fortitude canister.

  • What does this filter remove? remove chemicals pesticides chlorine. Ect. Where can I find all the information because I haven’t seen the details thank you

    This removes dirt, rust, sand, silt and sediment. If you need to remove chlorine, you will want to refer to a carbon pre-filter like our AS-FS-25SCZ.

  • What is the maximum service flow rate in GPM for this filter?

    The maximum flow rate is 12 GPM

  • What is the expected drop in water pressure across the filter in GPM?

    The flow rate of 10" Sediment Filter is .9 PSI for 2 gals per minute.

  • Can this system remove or reduct bacteria in the water?

    No, this filter utilizes materials capable of withstanding bacterial degradation. However, it is not designed to remove bacteria.

  • Can the bottom Fortitude V2 screw on housing (Gray) be replaced with a Fortitude V Series 10"screw on housing (Blue)? I need to change out my v2 for a standard 4.5" x 10 " Rather than cutting out all the plumbing, changing out the bottom can would be a much easier approach. Hope you can help, thanks!
