Great Products

Few months ago, I purchased the Signature Pro Whole House Water Filter Bundle, which includes a 48,000 Grains Softener, a 75 GPD Reverse Osmosis System, and a Triple Purpose Pre-Filter. Overall, I am very satisfied with the product. It offers great value for its price.

Area for improvement:
It would be the availability of professional installation services. While the product itself is great, it would be even better if the company provided an option to have a technician install the system

Great softener, poor instructions

I was a culligan dealer in Tampa Fl for 20 years. I have had my softener over a YEAR, and finally gave up trying to get it to regenerate by the meter, delay till that night. THAT part of the instruction manual is really TERRIBLE. I finally called and a very nice lady helped me set it to do that. JUST THAT SECTION of the manual is bad. The rest pretty clear. You would think with 20 years experience selling, setting, and servicing water softeners, it would be straight forward. its not.

Crickets from tech support!

Went fine. Works good except that I have a small leak at the brine tank. Have called tech support 3 times, freaking crickets from them. But, they do have a nice voice mail system!!!!

Installation was very easy

So far I am very happy barring any mishaps as yet to come. The instillation was very simple. I fastened the new equipment to our water supply using flexible 1 inch stainless steel "shark bite" connections. The 64,000 gain device may be large for two persons in a home with two full baths and a half bath plus a dishwasher, built-in 100# ice machine and two washing machines.

LOVE IT!!!

I have written maybe 3 reviews ever before this one and all were for items I just HAD to brag about. This one makes 4. We have had 4 water softeners in the past…a $4000 General Ionics system about 20 years ago that was awesome, a $600 one-tank system from Home Depot that was mediocre at best and a second hand commercial system that we bought for $300 that worked well. I would definitely compare this one to the $4000 system we had years ago. I am simply amazed at how soft our water is. My husband built our house so installing the system was nothing for him so I can’t speak to the installation but the functionality is way more than I expected for the cost. I am so so happy we purchased this system. It’s my new favorite thing!
