Is the float valve assembly included with the replacement Brine tank?

The float valve is normally included with the brine tank.

Thank you for reaching out to us, our brine tank is the same size for all sizes of water softeners.  They ar 15 by 15 square, 37 inches high.

Does it require tank well, does it come with one?

All water softners come with a brine tank.

Whats the gallon capacity of brine tank

We recommend adding 5 gallons of water along with 40 pounds of salt. This will fill the tank about halfway. 

Can I add a small amount of bleach to the brine tank? Looks like a bit of algae is starting to form. Our well water is horrible.
