    The UV Filters come with 3/4" fittings.

  • On a description, it says that it gets rid of PFA, but on the specification sheet says no. Which one is true?

    No, this system will not remove PFA

    This system does not have a flow sensor switch.

  • What are the power service requirements for this system? What amperage is required for service?

    Any standard power outlet will be enough ampage to power on our systems.

  • Does it reduce nitrates?

    Hi, 


    The UV 12gpm will not remove Nitrates, the only thing we carry that will reduce is the Reverse Osmosis system. 

  • I cannot find the replacement bulb for the AS UV12S

    The lamp remains powered on.

  • Does inlet and outlet sides matter?

    No, it does not matter.

  • Can it be mounted either horizontally or vertically?

    It can my mounted either horizontally or vertically, but we recommend mounting it horizontally.

  • Do you need access to both ends to maintenance the unit?

    Yes, you will need access to both sides in the grand scheme of things.

  • What is the SKU for the replacement bulbs?

    AF-UV12-BULB

  • Should it be installed before or after a softener? Vertically or horizontally?

    The UV filter will go AFTER the water softener if your water's gpg hardness is above 7.
    If your water's hardness is below 7gpg, the UV filter will go BEFORE the water softener. 
    This is going off of a horizontal installation, going left to right.
