I have bought complete 4 stages replacement filter bundle with75 GPD reverse osmosis water system membrane and post stage alkaline filter but why the 3rd stages membrane has the hole, dose not have the thing to hook up with the drain? please help me out. thank you so much
There may be a slight difference in the terminology used. So we can better understand and assist you further, can you please respond to support@aquasureusa.com with 2-3 photos of the membrane filter in question you are referring to? Please also let us know what you are referring to when you say "the thing to hook up with the drain". Could you be referring to the drain saddle? For clarity, we have also added a clear diagram of the install which may help you explain your concern so we can assist you.
