Delivered used and broken

It was delivered broken and looked used when I called in they had me do all the work of going through their site to return it and got no follow up call I have spent thousands with this company and was very dissatisfied when I got replacement I realized that the sponge circle at bottom was already inflated like water had gotten on it already the entire experience was not good and I don’t one if I’ll order from the again

We are happy with our reverse osmosis system. was east to install. Wished it had been plumbed with 3/8" line instead of 1/4". This would have helped with the install where i removed the Culligan system. Is working fine.
