Aquasure Harmony Water Softener 1/2" Drain Line Tube - 10'

I received a broken part in my order. The "collet" part of the drain line connection was in pieces in the bottom of the bag. How can I get a new one? The manual says it is part of "Part #) A-56247 Drain, Quick Connect, Elbow, 1/2" Tubing.

Can I get a 40 ft drain hose for the AS-WHF64D? Also, where do you suggest draining the discharge too? Is the city sewer system acceptable for this?

We normally advise against running the drain line that far, as well as we don't sell tubing in that large of cuts.

We would recommend getting 1/2" OD tubing from Home Depot or elsewhere if you need it that long.

These systems are fine to drain to regular municipal sewage.

What is the ID of the hose? I need a length longer than the provided hose and need to seek a suitable replacement. Is a 60 psi rate hose sufficient?

The ID for the drain hose is .37" and the psi rating on our tube is actually 150psi.

I need to source a longer length, at least 20'. Can you tell me what material the drain line tubing is? It looks like 1/2" od and 3/8" id, but I'm not sure of the material. Is it black vinyl?

The drain line is made of polyethylene.

How do I stop drain hose leak

1.  Remove the orange locking clip.
2. With one hand, press in the outer ring toward the connection. 
3. With your other hand, pull the hose free.
4. Once the hose is out, check that the end is cut at a flat edge.
5. Lubricate the end of the hose with any food-grade oil.
6. Reinsert the hose fully into the teeth of the quick connect, about 1/2 an inch.

I need to order a 25' length of this drain line. Can I purchase this length?

The drain line is 1/2". If you need to extend it, we recommend using a 3/4" line at the end of the drain line.

I need almost 25 ft of drain hose. Do you sell that. What is the OD of the drain hose?

We do not sell anything more then 10'.

You'll need an adapter of sort. The outer diameter of the drain line is 1/2" so it won't naturally fit in your 1/2" pipe.

Do you sell 50' of this tubing? the system came with 10' tubing and it is too short.
