Aquasure Harmony Water Softener 1/2" Drain Line Tube - 10'

I had a leak in the drain line of a newer water softener and contacted customer support. They were extremely friendly and helpful with me. They ended up sending me the two replacement parts at no charge. I installed the parts myself and the leak went away. Thank you!

Marketing at 10' I asked for 20' and they sent it at no cost as it was part of a warranty repair.

Good fit and did the job.

So far customer service has been great. The hours are not great being on the east coast. All is pacific time . Consider a change for us? Have also had multiple exchanges , trouble shooting while doing this install. Questioning quality to begin with. This part did what it was supposed to.

It is the wrong size hose for the part I received which is ok as I did not need the hose
