Do you have replacement control valves for an AS-HS40D system? Will the AP-HS-HEAD work in either the 32000 or 48000 grain sizes?

Replacement control valve for a 40,000 system would be the 48,000 grain size.

Will this control valve fit on my Kinetico resin tank?

We cannot guarantee this fitting or working for any other unit that is not ours. It's 4" in diameter, threaded.

I have and older model and can't read the model #. The serial number is 28248 and not sure of the grain. I need a new control valve

Does the control head come equipped with everything I need to plug and play with my existing water softener? It’s not missing the brine valve or anything is it?

It's an electronic control head that comes with an ac adapter to plug into the wall. It is designed to work with our water softeners.

I just need a new 3/8th inch brine line quick connector for the control head. Is it possible to order one? Or would it still be under a warranty of some kind.

How to reset digital control valve? It comes up with an error message and now it say “reset”

I can’t find any where on my control head the grain size, where is it listed? Or can it be access through the electronic panel? Or is it by serial number?

Does the flow meter come with the control valve head?

Is there any way to order parts for the valve, or do I have to get the entire control? The rubber gasket on the bottom of the piston is bad on mine, causing the brine draw not to work. Thanks,

No, we don't have parts for the control valve unfortunately.

Is the 64000 grain electronic control head the same as the 48000 or 32000, or is it specific to the 64000?

Each unit size has their own control head needed.

Can I order a transformer for control unit
