    These filters will remove the same. V2 is just an updated cap.

    The height of the AF-PS-30HFS is 9.75". It is compatible with AF-SCZ-25HFS, and AF-SPX-25HFS.

  • How often do these get replaced?

    20" pre-filters are to be replaced every 12 months.

  • How do you wash the filter?

    Shut off the water going into the pre-filter and press the red pressure release button. It helps to do so by holding a rag for any water that may leak out. Use the wrench to remove the housing from the lid. Rinse out the housing and with a hose, wash off the debris from the filter.

  • Can this filter removes bacteria?

    No, this filter utilizes materials capable of withstanding bacterial degradation. However, it is not designed to remove bacteria.

  • We have a aquasure fortitude v. can we wash and reuse our filter?

    Yes, only if it's our pleated sediment filter.

  • What is the recommended replacement frequency on an AF-PS30-4520?

    This filter is rinseable! Rinse this off every few months, depending on the amount of sediments in your water, and the filter will need replacement every 7-8 months.
