Water Softener Warranty
Aquasure warrants to the original retail purchaser that all Harmony Water Softeners are free from defects in material and workmanship, and agrees to replace, at Aquasure’s discretion, any defective product or parts free of charge within the warranty period from the date of purchase.
This warranty is valid only for the original retail purchaser and commences on the date of the original retail purchase of the Aquasure Harmony Series water softener system. When proof of purchase or installation is provided, the warranty period start date may move to the date of purchase or installation.
- ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY: From the date of purchase, the electronics, valves, and resin are covered by Aquasure’s 1-year limited warranty.
- FIVE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY: All Aquasure water softener products are eligible for an additional 4-year extended warranty to add to the preexisting 1-year limited warranty period. The warranty period is extended to a total of FIVE YEARS from the date of purchase if the purchased product is registered within 60 days with Aquasure.
Valve, Electronics, and Resin Guarantee
Aquasure will replace any part of the valve or electronics found in reasonable judgment to be defective in material or workmanship. Resin and internal control valve parts will not be covered for systems used to remove iron, manganese, or chlorine above the suggested level for system operation.
Repair or Replacement
Aquasure will replace any part and components within the warranty covered period from the date of purchase, as indicated by the purchase order from authorized resellers or distributors, provided the failure is due to a defect in material or workmanship. The only exception shall be when proof of purchase or installation is provided and the warranty period shall be from the date thereof.
The stated warranty does not include labor charges necessary to repair or replace the defective product, nor does it include freight charges or any other local labor charges from third parties. The obligation to repair or replace shall further be limited to repair or replacement with the styles, models, products, colors, etc. of the Product that are available at the time of the repair or replacement and shall be limited to the repair or replacement of only the specific Product that fails due to a manufacturing defect.
Any repaired or replaced product shall also remain subject to the original warranty covered period from the date of the original purchase, and any repair or replacement shall not extend the original warranty period in any manner or start a new warranty period.
Ten Year Warranty on Resin Tank and Brine Tank
Provided that an Aquasure Harmony Series Water Softener is operated per manual specifications and not subject to freezing, Aquasure will provide a replacement resin tank or brine tank to the original equipment purchaser that possesses an Aquasure water softener that fails to function within (10) ten years after the date of purchase.

With this warranty extension, Aquasure warrants that all Aquasure Whole House Water Softeners will be free from defects in materials or workmanship for Five (5) years from the original date of purchase. The purchaser must register their product to receive the extended warranty
Non-Covered Defects
THIS LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER DEFECTS CAUSED BY:
- Improper storage, installation, maintenance, handling, use, and/or alterations of the Product, including, but not limited to, non-compliance with the installation, maintenance, and standard operation conditions stated in the Manual and this Limited Product Warranty.
- Unreasonable use, unintended use, or misuse of the Product for something other than its intended purpose as a water softening system.
- Replacement parts, filters, or other accessories not sold or manufactured by Aquasure for the specified use of this particular Product.
- Damage not resulting from manufacturing defects that occur while the Product is in the original purchaser's possession.
- Installation of the Product with known or visible manufacturing defects at the time of installation.
- Damage caused by freezing, flood, fire, or Act of God.
General Provisions
Aquasure assumes no responsibility for incidental, consequential, or other damages including, but not limited to, installation expense, telephone charges, rental of a like product during the time of warranty service, travel loss or damage to personal property, loss of revenue, loss of use of the product, loss of time, or inconvenience.
No warranty is made concerning product defects or damage due to neglect, misuse, alterations, accident, misapplication, physical damage, or damage caused by fire, freezing, or other environmental damage. Improper maintenance, or installation outside the recommended specs at any time will be considered neglect and void the warranty.
These warranties are in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied, and they do not authorize any person to assume Aquasure holds any other obligation on the sale of this water softener. No responsibility is assumed for delays or failure to meet these warranties caused by strikes, government regulations, or other circumstances beyond the control of Aquasure.
Even though Aquasure Whole House Water Softeners have extremely high endurance for operating conditions. We can only offer a full warranty based on the criteria of Standard Operating Conditions as stated in our warranty section of the owner’s manual. These conditions must be met for the warranty to be valid.

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATIONS OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS THAT VARIES FROM STATE TO STATE.
Whole House Treatment Warranty
Aquasure takes pride in selling a superb line of products, including whole-house water filtration systems (“Product”). As such, Aquasure expressly warrants to the original purchaser that, for a period of, 1 year from the date of purchase, if the system is not registered within 60 days of purchase, the product is reasonably free of defects in materials and workmanship. The purchaser can extend the 1-year warranty to a total of (5) years from the date of purchase if the Product is registered with Aquasure.
Within the warranty covered period, Aquasure will, at its option, repair or replace the Product without charge, or refund the cost of the Product, if the Product fails or does not perform as warranted solely due to a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, subject to the limitations and exclusions outlined in this Limited Product Warranty. This Limited Product warranty only applies when the Product is used, stored, handled, fabricated and/or installed as recommended by Aquasure as per the Installation Instruction & Owner’s Manual (“Manual”).
Repair or Replacement

Conditions of Validity of this Limited Product Warranty
Even though the Product has extremely high endurance for operating conditions such as pH, maximum TDS, temperature, and optimum water pressure, THIS LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY SHALL ONLY BE VALID IF THE REPLACABLE FILTERS ARE CHANGED AND MAINTAINED REGULARLY AS DIRECTED IN THE MANUAL. Moreover, depending on local water input water quality, regular maintenance may need to be increased.
Non-Covered Defects
THIS LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER DEFECTS CAUSED BY
- Improper storage, installation, maintenance, handling, use and/or alterations of the Product, including, but not limited to, noncompliance with the installation, maintenance, and standard operation conditions stated in the Manual and this Limited Product Warranty.
- Unreasonable use, unintended use, or misuse of the Product for something other than its intended purpose as a whole house water filter.
- Use of replacement parts, filters or other accessories not sold or manufactured by Aquasure for use with this particular Product.
- Damage not resulting from manufacturing defects that occur while the Product is in the original purchaser’s possession.
- Installation of the Product with known or visible manufacturing defects at the time of installation.
- Damage caused by freezing, flood, fire, or Act of God.
Conditions that Render this Limited Product Warranty Void
THIS LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY SHALL BE VOID IF:
- The Product is not operated in compliance with normal municipal water conditions for which the particular model of this Product is intended.
- The person seeking to invoke the warranty is not the original purchaser. That is, this Limited Product Warranty only extends to original purchasers.
- The product was purchased from an individual seller who was the previous owner.
- The Product is purchased from someone other than Aquasure or one of Aquasure’s authorized dealers. This is because, unless the Product was sold by Aquasure or one of its authorized dealers, Aquasure cannot verify or guarantee the integrity or authenticity of the Product.
Whole House Treatment Products Excluded from Extended Warranties
- Single Ultraviolet Light Filtration System
- Fortitude V
General Conditions
The warranties set forth herein are the only warranties made by Aquasure in connection with the product. Aquasure cannot and does not make any implied or express warranties with respect to the product, and disclaims all other warranties, including, but not limited to, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Products sold by Aquasure are sold only to the specifications specifically set forth by Aquasure in writing. Other than the limited product warranty set forth herein, Aquasure makes no other warranties, express or implied. Aquasure’s sole obligation under this warranty shall be repair or replacement of a non-conforming product or parts of the product, or at the option of Aquasure, return of the product and a refund of the purchase price. Buyer assumes all risk whatsoever as to the result of the use of the product purchased, whether used singularly or in combination with any other products or substances.
No claim by the buyer/owner of any kind, including claims for indemnification, shall be greater in amount than the purchase price of the products in respect to which damages are claimed. In no event shall Aquasure be liable to the buyer/owner in tort, contract or otherwise, for any special, indirect, incidental, consequential, reliance, statutory, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, lost profits, loss of use, loss of time, inconvenience, damage to goodwill or reputation, or loss of data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages or such damages could have been reasonably foreseen, in connection with, arising out of, or as a result of, the sale, delivery, servicing, use or loss of use of the products sold hereunder, or for any liability of buyer to any third party with respect thereto.

Drinking Water Systems Warranty
AQUASURE Drinking Water Systems Warranty warrants the product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. During this time, Aquasure will repair or replace, at Our option, any AQUASURE Drinking Water System.
The original purchaser must request an RMA (‘Return Merchandise Authorization’) and upon RMA approval, return the AQUASURE Drinking Water System(s) and we will either make the necessary repairs or, if it is determined that a replacement is required, we will provide a replacement part. This warranty does not include shipping and handling charges which will be collected from you by the Authorized dealer. Parts repaired or replaced under this one (1) year warranty will be covered under warranty to the end of the original one (1) year warranty period. This warranty is also subject to the conditions and limitations outlined under the “General Conditions and Limitations” section.
Extend Your 1-Year Warranty with Registration

With this warranty extension, Aquasure warrants that all Aquasure Drinking Systems will be free from defects in materials or workmanship for three (3) years from the original date of purchase. The purchaser must register their product to receive the extended warranty.
One-Year Limited Prorated Warranty
For Structural, Hardware and Electrical Components
AQUASURE Drinking Water Systems warrants the structural, hardware, and electrical components are free from defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year pro-rated from the date of purchase. During this time, we will repair or replace, at its option, any defective parts covered by the warranty. Defective part(s) will need to be returned to AQUASURE. We will either make the necessary repairs or, if it is determined that a replacement is required, we will provide a replacement part. We will then return the part to the buyer. This warranty does not include shipping and handling charges which will be paid for by the original purchaser. Parts repaired or replaced under this one (1) year pro-rated warranty will be covered under warranty to the end of the original one (1) year prorated warranty period. This warranty is also subject to the conditions and limitations outlined under the heading “General Conditions and Limitations” section.
One-Year Limited Warranty for Fittings, Tubing, Valves, Flow-lok and Shok Blok
AQUASURE Drinking Water Systems warrants these parts to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase. During this time, we will repair or replace, at its option, any defective parts covered by the warranty. The warranty may be verified using date codes with purchase receipts and AQUASURE Drinking Water System’s database of serial number sales dates. We will advise you whether the defective item needs to be returned to the AQUASURE Drinking Water Systems dealer you purchased the equipment from for failure analysis. Replacement parts provided under warranty will be sent to your AQUASURE Drinking Water Systems dealer. Parts replaced under this one (1) year warranty will be covered under warranty until the end of the original one (1) year warranty period. This warranty is also subject to the conditions and limitations outlined under the heading “General Conditions and Limitations” section.
General Conditions and Limitations
None of the above warranties cover damage caused by improper use or maintenance, accidents, acts of God, or minor scratches or imperfections that do not materially impair the operation of the product. The warranties also do not cover products that are not installed as outlined in the applicable Owner’s Manual. AQUASURE Drinking Water Systems System warranty will be deemed null and void if any product label is removed. The limited warranties described above are the only warranties applicable to the AQUASURE Drinking Water Systems products. These limited warranties outline the exclusive remedy for all claims whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Except as expressly warranted in writing, the goods sold by AQUASURE are purchased by the buyer “as is.” AQUASURE does not warrant that the goods are of merchantable quality or that they can be used for any particular purpose. Except as expressly warranted in writing by AQUASURE, AQUASURE makes no representation or warranty of any kind to the products.

Limitation of Liability
In no event shall AQUASURE be liable to the original purchaser or any other entity for more than the invoice price received by AQUASURE for any non-conforming products. AQUASURE shall not be liable to the purchaser or any other entity for personal injury, property damage, or any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or other damages of any kind, including without limitation the cost of procurement of substitute goods, the loss of profits, products, or production, or the interruption of business, however caused and on any theory of liability, and whether or not AQUASURE has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The essential purpose of this provision is to limit the liability of AQUASURE arising out of the sale of products to the purchaser whether for breach of contract, negligence, or otherwise. These limitations shall apply notwithstanding any failure of the essential purpose of any limited remedy and notwithstanding the provisions of any other agreement between AQUASURE and the original purchaser.
