Aquasure Harmony Series Water Softener Electronic Control Valve

The electronic control valve quit working after 2 years. Customer service promptly sent a new one and I returned the old one. I installed the new one and everything is working great. Easy, no hassle transaction.

I emailed their help line and someone got back with me so fast. I sent a video of the problem we were having and they sent out the new part right away. I will definitely buy their products in the future. Great customer service. Thank you!

Customer service is great my Softner wasn’t working and they helped me trouble shooting it.
It just ran out of warranty and my family was devastated by Hurricane Milton and Nick was very helpful having one replaced under the circumstances we were going through. Thanks, Nick and rest of crew who helped us troubleshoot.

Gus looks like this. Valve, fix my problem. I week ago I regenerated and did a Bryan draw. I took off for sometime, but when I got home. May 1st I decided to do another regeneration which also did a Brian draw. Looks like we finally have a problem fixed. I really appreciate all your effort. And we're just helping out with a warranty repair.
