Aquasure Harmony Series water softener metered control valve for 32,000-grains, 48,000-grains, and 64,000-grain water softener. The control valve is compatible with the majority of the water softeners on the market and it is fully customizable.

The control valve comes with Aquatrol control valve meter, transformer, and 1" Yoke.

Softener not using salt!

This control head was purchased to replace my original (purchased with entire softener early 2024). The softener stopped using salt so I called Aquasure and was told that I needed a new control head. It was shipped with no instructions for installation, so I thought it was a do-it-yourself. After removing the bad unit I installed the new one - that is when the problems began.
After turning it on - the resin filled the water lines inside my home. Again I contacted Aquasure and was told I needed a new softener - which I purchased.
After having the water lines cleared of resin I started the softener which worked fine.
I find that the Riser tube bottom distribution basket had unscrewed apparently during the control head change and the resin was sent into my home. See attached picture. I reassembled the distribution basket (and added glue to the threads for security).
My questions are: 1) Why was the bottom distribution basket not tight enough to withstand the removal process? 2) Why are instructions not provided with major parts? 3) Why did the original control head stop working? 4) Why did the softener stop using salt?

Half the components missing, not told anything.

This review site stinks, won’t work properly. I bought a whole softener as a gift. It was delivered quickly yet couldn’t be installed, half the equipment was missing. No communication about missing parts. We had track parts down ourselves. Parts did finally arrive yet now we have to wait a full month for installation. I arranged our install map tha ago so this

Excellent warranty & customer service

The electronic control valve quit working after 2 years. Customer service promptly sent a new one and I returned the old one. I installed the new one and everything is working great. Easy, no hassle transaction.
