HARMONY SERIES | 2cf Fine Mesh Water Softener Resin Tank 64,000 Grains

We purchased an entire water softener unit for our home. I installed the unit myself and within days had discovered the resin tank was allowing resin into our plumbing throughout the house. I'm not certain how it happened but the filter at the bottom of the feed tube in the resin tank was loose allowing the resin to flow into the home. I called into Aquasure to find out what to do. They asked some questions and assured me this would be covered under warranty. After providing photos of my installation vina email they handled the paperwork and within a week a brand new resin tank was delivered.

Short version: Good company. Defective resin tank was replaced immediately. Installing it twice wasn't fun but they stood behind their product and our home water is MUCH better now with the installation of their system.
