Yes, resin is included inside this tank, in fact, this is the Fine Mesh resin which provides up to 10 part per million of iron filtering; our Regular Resin (models ending with D as opposed to FM for fine mesh) filters up to 2 parts per million of iron.

does this tank come with prefilled resin and flow tube?

Yes system comes pre-filled with resin along with a flow tube.

I have a 32,000 grain harmony. For some reason my hardness has increased from 20 to 25 GPG to now 55 to 60 GPG. I'm having to regen every 100 to 150 gallons. Will the same control valve work with larger 48000 or 64000 resin beds?

You can use the same control valve for a 32,000-grain and a 48,000-grain tank. The 64,000-grain tank requires a different sku control valve.
