To install the faucet the hole can be about 3/4" to 1". -
What is the rejection rate (filtered water to waste water rate)? And is it documented anywhere?
Our Reverse Osmosis systems have a 3 to 1 ratio. For every 1 gallon of pure water, there are 3 gallons of waste water.
-
Does this unit need to be mounted below the sink? Can it be mounted in the basement to supply both the sink faucet and refrigerator water & ice maker?
It is normally advised to have the system installed underneath the sink. If you can find the appropriate lines at an acceptable length then we recommend that the RO system remain no more than 20 feet to and from the feedwater source. If you want to hooked up your fridge to the RO System then consider the following product link below.

I purchased the AS-PR100P. I also ordered replacement filters, AF-PR1 & AF-PR2. Did not come w/instructions for "how to replace" The light on the faucet is blinking red. Did my best 2 replace filters light still blinks red, Is there a reset or something?
The LED indicator is not actually sensing the condition of the filter(s). It is more so a 12-month time indicator, meaning that after 11-12 months you will then see the red light come on. To resolve this you simply need to take out the battery in the LED indicator and put it back in. This will reset it and it should turn back to the normal color. That should solve everything and we hope you have a great day.
-
are the filters a standard size that can be replaced elsewhere?
The filters will require being replaced directly from our warehouse.
Most other filters will not fit the head module correctly.
-
Does this system remove PFOS or PFAS
Yes!
-
How often do the filters need to be replaced? Are all 4 filters replaced at the same time? How do you know when to replace?
Hey there! Filter stages 1&2 are usually replaced every 6-12 months. Filter stages 3&4 are usually replaced every 1-2 years. A good indication it is time to replace a filter is if the RO has reduced pressure or isn't producing water. Then replace the filters that are closest to their replacement period.
