Stellar Customer Service and System to boot.

Customer service exceeded my expectations. It’s been 3 weeks since I installed the softener. It has been working perfectly. I have very hard water with both Clearwater iron and sedimentary iron. Using 2 inline sediment filters my water has been extremely clear and soft. I do a manual regen once every 7 days to keep it fresh. Set at 850 gal but we use less. Very happy for the price, even if I have to replace sooner than the old system it literally cost 10% of a Kinetico. Just love it.
