Not satisfied with AQ Support & delivery

System not delivered. Contacted AQSupport 3 times. Was told system was on the way. It has not been delivered. This is a month. They have not gotten back to me with a status update after 2 more emails and a phone call.

Installed Premier 4 Stage RO system

I bought the system after seeing a relative’s in use. I feel like the value and price of this unit was extremely fair. The installation was very straight forward and easy to work through. The end result is noticeable at the tap BUT, it made morning coffee extremely better. My bottom line is that I am very pleased with the product, the value of it and I would definitely recommend it to anybody considering a RO system. Also, I’m a repeat customer after installing a water softener. The customer service on both items has been stellar!

Easy to Install

This works great and was very easy to install. We did not encounter any problems during assembly. The water tastes like RO water and the PH and TDS come out perfect. We have not had any issues with this system and find it easy to recommend!

Just Installed

Very easy to install with clear instructions and color coded water tubing. Make sure you push tubing into quick connect fittings with a good amount of force. Footprint of system is relatively small which was great for me because I didn't have much room to work with. The quality of the faucet is great.

Easy to replace filters

I like that I will be able to replace these filters myself. I also like the feature that it will turn itself off if there is a leak. My last system was leaking slowly for months before I noticed and destroyed my cabinets!
