Bought the 48K grain unit. Had an operational problem after initial start up, but contacted support and their response was immediate and courteous. They took care of the problem to my full satisfaction without hesitation. The unit is now operating fine, after a week or so, and has my very hard water, after testing, down to one grain per gallon.
I recently purchased this water softener system for my home! It is beautiful and I now have soft water. I had to open a ticket and have the customer service team walk me through a few things, but they were great.
This makes the 20 plus water softener I have installed for clients. I find that the clients like them better than other brands out there.
Was skeptical at first but noticably better water quality with this 48000 grain softener. Followed directions to the letter and purchased pellet style salt for it. Work amazing even did a pool test strip test and seen the test strip go from deep purple (500+ hardness) to vibrant blue (0 hardness) before and after install. Im happy with this system.
Happy with the product, only problem I had was getting upper filter on and factory didn’t have clips in the right place on the clock. Happy with purchase
QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
Ask a Question-
This unit states "Cation Resin" while the AS-HS48FM states fine mesh resin, what is the difference?
The fine mesh will have a slightly lower flow rate, but will help remove rust.
-
What unit is best for well water
It all depends on the conditions of your water. We recommend getting in contact with one of our team so they can help you get the correct system for your water conditions.
-
Does the AS-HS48D use upflow or downflow brining?
When in normal service, the system is a downflow system that pushes water down into the resin for a proper ion exchange. When it is regenerating, the flow reverses and becomes an upflow system

Can I use the Morton Clean and Protect Salt Pallets with this softener?
Morton's Water Softener Salt is a trusted brand and you are more than free to use the Clean and Protect Salt Pallets.
-
What is the volumetric flow rating of the water softener? Does it maintain a constant water pressure through the piping system?
The maximum GPM for the 48,000 grain is 15 and seeing as though most homes average between 6-12 GPM there should not be any problem with the system maintaining flow.
-

The Harmony Water Softener's use a Aquatrol AQT-56SE Control Head.
-
What are the dimensions of the brine tank?

What is the difference between the AS-HS48D and the AS-HS48FM. FM is the fine mesh unit, so what advantage does the fine mesh offer? I know it's a little more but this is the last water system I hope to buy. Ever. Thanks.
The main difference between the AS-HS48D and the AS-HS48FM is the level of iron reduction. The AS-HS48D has 2PPM of iron reduction and the AS-HS48FM has 10 PPM of iron reduction. So if you have heavy iron issues we suggest going with the fine mesh version of the system.
-
does the resin come installed in tank
All of our resin tanks for any of our softener systems always come pre-filled. This ensures that you don't have to worry about the labor of having to put the resin inside the tank yourself.
-
Does this come with fine mesh resin? How does it differ from the same unit sold at Home Depot?
The fine mesh resin is in this link, and it would be the same exact unit that Home Depot sells if you are looking for a Fine Mesh Resin Water Softener. https://aquasureusa.com/collections/harmony-whole-house-water-softener/products/aquasure-harmony-series-whole-house-water-softening-system-with-iron-reducing-fine-mesh-resin-48-000-grains.
