Harmony Lite | 34,000 Grains All-in-One Cabinet Style Water Softener

So far, very impressed! We've never had soft water before so we started off trying out an exchange tank service with a national brand company. We loved the soft water, but found the service to be unreliable and inconvenient. We had our plumber install the Aquasure Harmony Lite. I specifically wanted this model since it needs to fit under wall cabinet in our garage. At 43", the Harmony light fits perfectly, even with the salt lid open. There are other companies that advertise compact, cabinet style models but most have a salt compartment lid that raises up much taller than the unit - which is a problem for me!

We have a small, 3 bedroom/2 bath house with 3 adults. Before adding the softener, our water tested at about 13 gpg. Once we started using the softener, it dropped to 0! We do use a little less water than the average household at about 200 gallons per day. The softener kept the water <1 gpg for the first 2800 gallons! Once I confirmed that with my test kit, that is the number I used for the TM regeneration. We are really excited at how well this softener is working and how little salt it appears to be using. Time will tell how well it holds up but we did register for the 5 year warranty and are really enjoying the soft water feel in our shower!

First we LOVE our new Aquasure water softener system with pre-filter. I had an issue with the first unit sent, and once I discribed the issue, they immediately sent out an entire unit, pre-filter and all. I couldn't have asked for better customer service! I would recommend this all-in-one unit to anyone with 1-3 in their household. AWESOME!

I did alot of research to find a softner that would work with my hard iron water. I have had this hooked up for a little over a week now an no orange stains in my tub.

bought as a replacement, based on people in the house, not size of the house. Works excellently. Very happy with this purchase and the pre-filter is a bonus. Wish I understood my options, etc. on the control panel better but the defaults work fine.
