1. Little to no water at the outlet

Cause:
A) Filter is clogged
Correction:
A) Replace the filter

2. Water taste terrible

Cause:
A) Have not replace the filter for a long time
B) Filter installed incorrectly
C) Filter not installed
D) Accidentally used hot water during filtration
Correction:
A) Replace the filter
B) Remove and re-install the filter in the correct order
C) Open the canister and install the filter
D) Replace the filter and the faucet adapter kit

3. Faucet adapter kit leaks

Cause:
A) Leaks at the adapter
B) Leaks at the tubing due to the use of hot water
Correction:
A) Make sure the correct size adapter is install and applied teflon tape if needed
B) Replace the faucet adapter kit as tubing has expanded and can no longer hold pressure.

4. LED Indicator is not on

Cause:
A) Battery is depleted
Correction:
A) Replace new battery
