Harmony Series | 64,000 Grains Water Softener w/ Fine Mesh Resin

Unit has been installed for two months without any issues. Water is silky soft and the water spots on the sink and shower are just about gone! All of our appliances are thanking us also.

Read some other reviews that talked about instructions being hard to understand and not having 3/4 inch adapters. I found none of this to be true. I requested 3/4 inch system and the instructions were easy to follow. Awesome unit and customer service was able to answer any questions I had before install.

Replaced high priced piece of junk. The unit was easy to install, easy to program and works like it is suppose to. My water is extremely hard (60 grains well water) and this unit has handled it with no problems. I contacted support about rough handling during shipment and they responded quickly. I am very satisfied with this softner.

I have written maybe 3 reviews ever before this one and all were for items I just HAD to brag about. This one makes 4. We have had 4 water softeners in the past…a $4000 General Ionics system about 20 years ago that was awesome, a $600 one-tank system from Home Depot that was mediocre at best and a second hand commercial system that we bought for $300 that worked well. I would definitely compare this one to the $4000 system we had years ago. I am simply amazed at how soft our water is. My husband built our house so installing the system was nothing for him so I can’t speak to the installation but the functionality is way more than I expected for the cost. I am so so happy we purchased this system. It’s my new favorite thing!

I got the 64K size to replace a 48K unit with a lousy 2 digit interface. I like that this one has many functionalities programmable and a decent interface to show the count down of the gallons until the next regeneration. The formula for determining how many gallons to use before regenerating seems a bit off. I've had to lower the number of gallons twice but with trial and error I'll find the right number and should be fine from there.UPDATE: After lowering the number of gallons between regenerations many times, I finally figured out the problem. I have relatively low water pressure at 65 psi. This is a factor when the final phase of the regeneration cycle (bf for brine fill) refills the brine tank to set up for the next regeneration. The factory default of 12 minutes is not enough water into the brine tank at my water pressure for this tank size. This is one of the settings you are recommended not to change, however if you have low water pressure and a large tank (I have the 64K large tank), you will need to adjust that parameter. I set mine to 22 minutes and I was then able to set the number of gallons between regenerations much closer to the calculated value using the formula in the instructions book. It took some trial and error testing but I think I finally got the right settings.

This water softener is great! Our old one was not doing the job and it was not that old. We purchased this one and installed it and it works great. We have really hard water. The water looks great and our tub, sink and toilet are not rusty any more. If anyone needs a water softener and has extremely hard water, this is the item to buy. Guaranteed!!!
